Yesterday was my first treatment of radiation. The session was 45min and they treated 3 spots in my spine and the one spot in my chest. I am feeling OK after the treatment. My back does have some pain I took some ibuprofen and it helped.

Corrie and I decided we were going to stay down in LA so that we did not have to commute back-and-forth. It took us 3 hours to find a hotel.

Please pray for strength.

They informed me that I will have a total of five treatments so we will be staying down in LA through Friday. I will come home for the weekend and Corrie will go back to Boulder city. I will come down Monday for the final treatment. They did tell me to expect pain and burning sensations in the spot they are treating and there may be indigestion and headaches. So far I have had a slight headache and pain in my back.
