As you all know I have been blessed with a ministry that was able to sponsor my visits to the Mexico Oasis of Hope Hospital, where I received special treatments for the poorly differentiated insular thyroid cancer. The doctors at Oasis of Hope and my Western doctors have had positive things to say about this treatment.
I have finished the first cycle of the chemo and had mild side effects. I will be starting my second round of chemo on Monday, November 14th, 2022. I do the chemo for two weeks take seven days off, and then start again until I return to Oasis if Hope. My UCLA doctors are monitoring my blood work.
I will be doing PET scan, bloodwork and follow ups with doctors in the United States in January, 2023. My goal is to go back to Oasis for my dendritic cell treatment during the first 2 weeks of February.
