I just found out that my insurance is not going to approve the necessary thyrogen shots that I need before doing the iodine pill. I have been on the phone for two hours trying to appeal and take care of this. Unfortunately, it could take up to another couple weeks. My doctor’s office is not responding as fast as I’d like them too. I need the shots in order to continue my treatment.

I’m very scared and frustrated. The shots are $7,800 each and I need two of them. Please pray that they push this through and my doctors office files necessary paperwork immediately.
