Update from Mexico Trip – 10-18-22

When I arrived at Oasis of Hope I spoke with the doctors regarding my blood work and PET scan.
My blood numbers were up almost 400. On the PET scan there are a couple lymph nodes on the that grew a very
little bit, there are spots that actually shrunk or stayed the same. After talking to the doctors I was very
encouraged they explained to me that PET scans measure something called SUV which is the activity of the cancer.

Although there was not a significant change to the lymph nodes they were much more active, this tells the doctors
that Dendritic cell treatment could be working. They explained, that their experience has been that if there is
not a significant change in size in the lymph nodes but the SUV has climbed that means that the treatment doing
its job. It also would explain why my blood work is worse . I feel extremely encouraged after speaking to them.
I also had a video visit with my oncologist here in the states while in Mexico they confirmed what the Oasis
Doctors said about the SUV Activity. My oncologist mentioned that in some cases blood numbers could climb
if the cancer is being broken up.

During my week at Oasis of Hope hospital they did the vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin B17 infusions, ozone
treatments and LAK booster. They sent me home with a modified at home prescriptions including chemotherapy
that I started on Sunday October 9th I am praying for no side effects. Oasis would like me to return Mid January
for 2 weeks, the first week will be all the infusions and ozone and the second week will be the dendritic cell
treatment.

Prayers that funding will be available for January 2023.
